Our company started with the intention of providing a solution for social interest and affordable housing, since we realized that conventional construction methods were implemented without much attention to design or sustainability.

Later on we decided to step into high end projects, where we implemented many of the mentioned features and were finally able to merge the design, systems and materials in a single project, which led to complete neighborhoods of sustainable buildings, with high efficient homes and therefore a superior quality of life.

We have a team of dedicated professionals, engineers, architects and designers that work towards a green and sustainable project, from its foundations up to its final equipment, while having an occasional ”cafecito”.
